"Everything came exactly as ordered"
As someone who gets picky about order accuracy, I was relieved with my Reserved order. I ordered a few items and everything was right, sizes, colors, and the total amount. Nothing was missing and I didn’t get any random wrong product, which has happened to me with other shops before. Delivery wasn’t super fast, but it was fine. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and I’d definitely order again

"Easy to find what I wanted"
I found what I needed quickly on Reserved. The search and filters were easy to use, sizes and colours were simple to narrow down. I didn’t have to scroll forever, which was a nice change. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Easy enough to use, but I wish checkout was smoother"
I used Reserved recently, and it was easy to get around. The filters were helpful, and checking the available sizes didn’t take much effort. That said, a couple of pages loaded slowly for me, and I do regret not paying closer attention during checkout because it could’ve been a bit clearer. Overall, it worked fine, but there’s definitely room to make the process feel smoother

"Tracking was actually spot on"
The order tracking was really accurate. Like, it updated at every step, and the parcel showed up on the exact day it said it would. No guessing or sitting around wondering where it was, which was... yeah, really nice

"Issue got sorted"
Had a complaint at first. Not going to lie, I was a bit annoyed. But they fixed it, and quickly too. Everything’s fine now. Happy with it in the end.

"Refund was surprisingly quick"
I returned the item and wasn’t expecting the refund to show up that fast, but it came back quickly. It was one of those things where I kept thinking I’d have to wait around or check on it, but nope, it was handled sooner than I expected. Definitely a nice surprise.

"Cool clothes, but I kept noticing the same little issues"
The clothes look cool, and the site is clean and simple to use, which I liked. But i kept running into the same small annoyances over and over. Some info felt a bit limited, then I’d click around and still feel like I needed more details. It’s not a bad experience at all, but the little missing bits kept bugging me, and they kept bugging me more the longer I looked around.

Overall, my experience has been decent, but I did notice the replies are slow sometimes. Not always, but enough that I found myself thinking, “Okay… are they still getting back to me?” It’s not a huge deal if you’re not in a rush, but when I needed a quicker answer, it was a little frustrating

"Nicer Than I Expected"
The fabric feels really nice, softer than I thought it would be. I’ve had similar items where the stitching looked a bit rushed, but this one is actually much cleaner and better put together than expected.

"Got Sorted Eventually"
I reached out about my order and it took a little longer than I hoped to hear back. They did get to it and sorted everything out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Still, the replies weren’t exactly flying back and forth. Overall, it was fine, just not the smoothest experience.

Overall, my shopping experience has been fine, and I haven’t had any major issues. It does load slowly sometimes, which can make me wonder if everything is working properly, but it usually comes through in the end. A little more speed or reassurance during loading would make it feel much better

"Good overall, but I’m still hung up on shipping"
I ordered a few things from reserved and the delivery was totally fine, no real issues there. The shipping cost wasn’t outrageous or anything, so maybe I’m just being picky, but I do wish it was a bit cheaper or that free shipping kicked in at a lower amount. Overall I’m happy with what I bought, I just keep wondering if the delivery fee could be a little better

I had a small issue with my order, nothing huge, but still one of those things you don’t really feel like dealing with. I reached out to customer service they got back to me quicker than I expected. I think I was in the middle of making coffee or something, and by the time I checked again, there was already a helpful reply. The person I spoke with was polite, clear, and didn’t make the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be. It all got sorted out in the end, so I’m happy with how they handled it...

"Surprisingly painless return"
I had to send back a jacket from reserved because the sizing just wasn’t right, and I was kind of bracing myself for a hassle. But it was actually smooth. I filled out the return form, sent it back, got email updates along the way, and the refund came through faster than I expected. I was in such a relieved mood after because returns can really drain your patience sometimes. No issues at all, so I’d definitely order from them again

"Nice styles, but quality control could be better"
I ordered a few things from Reserved and the delivery actually came quickly. Most of the items were fine, but one sweater had a small hole near the sleeve, which was disappointing. It kind of felt like maybe it had been rushed through packing or not checked properly before being sent out, though obviously I can’t say for sure. The return process wasn’t too difficult, but it was still annoying to deal with. I do like their styles overall, I just wish the quality control was a bit more consistent.
